Most businesses begin with trying to cut costs as a way to grow.
I’m all for keeping your business (and personal) expenses to the minimum.
But the mistake you want to NOT make is spending too much time trying to cut back…
… that it ERODES the benefits you gain from cutting expenses.
Cutting expenses is easy because it appears to be a quick win. So we do it.
If you’re going to do it… you want to cut expenses the same way you go to the bathroom.
Get in. Do your thing. Then get out.
Cutting expense is just the start though.
Because you can never cut 100% of your expenses.
Ok, so what’s next?
Well after you’ve dropped your expenses…
The next step is to create assets.
With the right assets, you can grow by more than 100%.
